PakCoachways is a bus and coaster rental service based in Islamabad. We arrange buses, coasters, Hiace vans and coaches with driver for customers across Pakistan. You can reach us at info@pakcoachways.com or +92 337 920 7553.
When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address and trip details: pickup and drop-off places, dates, times, number of passengers and any notes you add. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we keep the details you share there for the same purpose.
We use your details to prepare your quote, confirm your booking and contact you about that trip. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
To arrange your trip we share the necessary trip details and a contact name and phone number with the transport team running it. Our website, booking records and email delivery are handled by secure, trusted hosting, data storage and email providers that process data only on our behalf. A spam-protection check on our quote form helps us tell people from bots; it may read basic browser details to do so.
You can always type your pickup and drop-off places yourself. When you search for a place or pick a spot on the map, what you type is sent to open map and place-search services built on OpenStreetMap, only to show you matching places. If you tap "use my location", your browser asks for permission first; we use your location only to place the pin, and we save only the spot you confirm. You can refuse or turn off location access at any time in your browser settings.
We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful. They may set cookies and collect general information such as your device, browser and approximate location. They do not tell us who you are. You can block cookies or analytics in your browser settings.
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the booking, accounting and any follow-up questions, and then delete them.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Send your request to info@pakcoachways.com or on WhatsApp, and we will reply within a reasonable time.
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
